On a remote site, 2700 meters above sea level, the purpose of the project was to create a peaceful sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of city life, an escape from the hectic lifestyle of a renowned businessman and a venue for hosting gatherings and events.
A SIMPLE GESTURE
A simple gestures defines the whole landscape intervention: the granite base of the house was extended on the front to provide a wide outdoor space, delineated by a peripheral water element that provides a safe boundary in addition to swimming and lounging.
The sound element plays a very important role in the whole composition, defining a sonic path that delineates the social areas of the house indoor and outdoor. Suspended modules hover in the air of the wide living room, a sonic pergola characterizes the threshold between outside and inside, taking visitors toward the breathtaking outdoor space, where two bardiglio marble Cubes stand out contemplating the panoramic views.

CAPTURES THE BEAUTY
The landscape design, by landscape architect Vladimir Djurovic, aimed to create a serene environment that captures the beauty of the mountain ranges beyond and provides ample space for contemplation, yet allowing for occasional gatherings and entertainment to occur.
